This website is owned and operated by SIA “YEInternational” (registered seat is at Gustava Zemgala gatve 69; hereinafter referred to as YEInternational).

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions: references to “You” and “Your” refers to the persons accessing this website (including persons who access this site on the behalf of other persons) and “website” includes also the mobile website and the YEInternational mobile application.

YEInternational reserve the right to bring proceedings against any party which is in breach of these Terms and Conditions (“defaulting party”) in the courts of the location of the breach, the courts of the country of the defaulting party’s residence at Our sole discretion.
